America: a Christian Nation?

I have heard a string of very popular, very rich people masquerading as men and women of God talking about how America was founded to be a Christian nation and that they need to form political alliances with the various corrupt bodies and get “Christians” like themselves voted into office. You know “Christians” like the war criminals who currently occupy the residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave!

I’ve seen this debated for a while now, separation of Church and State versus the right to pray in schools, 10 Commandments in courtrooms, Nativity scenes on government property, etc. The truth is America never was set up to be a Christian nation, nor could it ever be. If it was it would only be some group of people’s version of Christianity, or as we like to say here Perverted Christianity! A former governor of Arkansas, in addition to being a Baptist (former?) preacher, has declared that the Constitution should be changed to make it more in line with God’s Law. He is referring to a theocracy; God’s Laws are in the Holy Bible, 613 of them, for all to see. But none of these people who agree with the former governor would be willing to submit to God’s Laws I bet. I know I wouldn’t, if we truly had God’s Law or the Mosaic Law as it is sometimes referred to we would have to stone to death adulterers, homosexuals, disobedient children, etc. Do these “Christians” want that? I doubt it, at least their own children anyways. No, they want to pick and choose who they make laws against, in God’s Name. Most commonly they use homosexuals, women who have abortions and people who don’t agree with their version of “Christianity” in the government as the reason they need “God’s Laws”. They whip up others into a frenzy and get them out to vote for whoever they anoint as their latest “savior” and convince themselves they are doing God’s will.

How is this working so far? Not too well, the great “Christian” president now in the White House has led the slaughter of over a million people who never meant this nation any harm, bankrupted the nation and taken away most of the civil rights put in place to protect the citizens of this country from tyrants like the current president. And he did it all in the name of God! He and his ilk convinced millions that they were doing God’s will.

How did they do this? It isn’t hard when the people you are convincing are apostate in the first place, i.e. they had already fallen away from the Word of God to begin with. How else can you describe people who don’t care about the death of over a million people, or the removal of constitutionally given rights, or the bankrupting of their country as long as you pay lip service to the evils of abortion, homosexuality or Muslims? Any rational human being seeing the damage done by the “Christian” president would say wait a minute, something’s not right here? But not this bunch, they are back for more, the former governor who wants to make the law of the land God’s Law is their man!

This is how they intend to “take back America for Christ”. Problem being America never was a “Christian” nation. It was never intended to be a “Christian” nation. From the foundation of the country to the present day America has used violence to gain control of the borders of the country and now uses violence to maintain its control of the world’s resources!

America: a Christian nation? Answer these questions and you decide!

Does a Christian nation slaughter its way to gaining control of the land from coast to coast?

Does a Christian nation enter war after war after war?

Does a Christian nation lie to make up reasons to start a war?

Does a Christian nation have such a marked gap between its rich and poor citizens?

Does a Christian nation torture its prisoners, both in this country and in prisons known and secret around the world?

Does a Christian nation use the death penalty?

Does a Christian nation borrow its way to a 10 trillion dollar debt?
